The Massachusetts Appeals Court recently affirmed a judgment obtained by Len Davidson in the case of SEB, LLC v. Roseland Property Company. The case was a claim by Schlesinger and Buchbinder’s client, SEB LLC, a housing development consultant for breach of contract against Roseland Property Company, a national real estate developer.
In the jury trial in Suffolk County, Len Davidson obtained a judgment for SEB LLC for over $290,000 in current damages as well as a finding by the jury that an additional $225,000 may be owed in the future if and when Roseland’s properties are occupied. Roseland Property Company appealed, and Len successfully represented SEB LLC at the Appeals Court as it affirmed the judgment.
