The Newton Zoning Board of Appeals recently voted to approve a comprehensive permit under M.G.L. Chapter 40B for a mixed-use development at Washington Street, Dunstan Street, and Kempton Place in West Newton consisting of 234 units of rental housing, including 59 affordable units, and 8,500 square feet of commercial space.

The Newton Zoning Board of Appeals recently voted to approve a comprehensive permit under M.G.L. Chapter 40B for a residential development at Riverdale Avenue in Nonantum consisting of 204 units of rental housing, including 51 affordable units.
