Practice Areas: Real estate and business transactions; zoning, permitting and licensing matters; purchase, sale, leasing and financing of real estate; and purchase and sale of businesses.
Representative Clients: Steve has guided several local food and beverage establishments through the municipal approval process, including Dunn Gaherin's , O'Hara's,
Tartufo, The Biltmore, Bill's Pizzeria, Peet's Coffee,
Baza, the Hotel Indigo and Panera Bread. Steve has also obtained permits and approvals for Hess Express
and The Fay School, and is currently representing BH Normandy Riverside, LLC in connection with the development of the Riverside MBTA site. Steve has represented developers of multi-family housing developments and buyers and sellers
of large single-family homes and has drafted condominium documents for both large and small condominiums. Steve also acts as general counsel to a number of small businesses.
