Lori Yarvis
Lori Yarvis received her A.B. magna cum laude from Dartmouth College
in 1982 and her J.D. in 1985 from the Fordham University School of Law in New York City where she was business editor of the International Law Journal.
Ms. Yarvis provides business legal services that include handling asset purchases and sales, commercial financing and other business transactions,
advising start-ups, preparing and negotiating business agreements, and providing "outside general counsel" to her business clients. She also handles
commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has taught as an adjunct at Northeastern University Law School and in the clinical program
at Harvard Law School.
Ms. Yarvis is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, where she co-chairs
the Solo and Small Firm Section. She is also a member of the the Massachusetts Bar
Association, the Massachusetts Women's Bar Association and New York City Bar Association.
