Len Davidson Obtains One Million Dollar Settlement
Len Davidson has obtained for a client a settlement of one million dollars in a personal injury action involving a bicyclist who was hit by a commercial truck. The bicyclist sustained serious injuries to her hip, shoulder and mouth, requiring reconstructive surgery and a significant hospitalization.
The plaintiff, a young woman in her 40’s, has returned to work with some limitations due to residual pain. Len was able to convince the insurance company to pay its full policy amount of one million dollars to compensate our client for the injuries she sustained.
