Representative Experience:  Represented small businesses in purchase of real estate, entity creation and cross purchase and operating agreements.

Represented Fortune 500 companies in sales and leases of corporate office buildings and warehouses, farming and research facility, easements and licenses.

Represented PRP of superfund site in negotiation and drafting of access agreements, plan of inauguration for institutional controls and grant of environmental restriction and easement and in disposition of property.

Acted as lender’s counsel in refinance of loans secured by affordable housing projects.

Represented quasi-public agency in sale of land for development of net zero energy housing including negotiation of sale agreements and land disposition agreements including imposition of restrictions.

Represent individuals in the purchase and sale of residential real estate.
