Kristine H.P. Hung

Kristine’s practice areas are commercial real estate, real estate finance and lending and real estate leasing. Her representation of clients have included prominent restaurateurs in the organization, acquisition and leasing of several Boston restaurants; developers in the acquisition, financing and conversion of several Boston properties into condominiums; religious corporations in the conveyance of property to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; a national cement company in the acquisition, conveyance and leasing of properties throughout New England; Landlords and Tenants in the leasing of office and retail space throughout the country.

Community: Kristine is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She is also a member of the New ‘N Towne of Medfield.  She teaches a first-time home buyer seminar for the Asian Community Development Corporation.

Little known facts: Kristine speaks Mandarin and Shanghainese.  Her current passions are spending time with her family, playing tennis, hiking and running.
