Amy C. Egloff
Ms. Egloff’s expertise is in divorce; alimony and child support; custody; post-divorce matters; contempt actions; college payment plans; parenting plans; visitation issues; and the modification and enforcement of alimony, child support, and parenting plan judgments, as well as the drafting and enforcement of prenuptial agreements. She also has experience with alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and limited-assistance representation.
Professional and Civic Activities: Ms. Egloff is a Trustee of the Women’s Bar Foundation, and she is a volunteer, mentor, and trainer for the Women’s Bar Foundation Pro Bono Family Law Project for Battered Women.
She has also been a member of the Steering Committee for the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association since 2006. She currently serves at the co-chair of the membership committee, after having served as the pro-bono committee co-chair (2008 – 2010) and the public policy committee co-chair (2006 – 2008).

Education: Ms. Egloff earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame School of Law, where she received national recognition for her work at the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Egloff earned an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, with a concentration in Psychology and Counseling, and a B.A. in English from Grinnell College.
