Alan Schlesinger Obtains Special Permit for 19-33 Needham Street, Newton. KS Partners has been granted a special permit by the Newton Board of Aldermen for re-purposing of the University Office Park at 19-33 Needham Street, Newton for retail, office and service uses. The 66,000 square foot property contains the NTB National Tire & Battery store, and the special permit will allow redevelopment of the balance of the property for mixed-use purposes.
This is the third property on Needham Street for which Schlesinger and Buchbinder, LLP has facilitated redevelopment for retail and service uses. Previously, Alan Schlesinger represented Bierbrier Development in its project at 49-71 Needham Street and Sanford Construction in its project at 170 Needham Street.
